http://www.mandaliet.com/unicode.php?p=6656 is a handy site but I can't see any katakana symbols, heck I can't find any hiragana symbols. If someone knows the page katakna is on I'd apprehiciate it. But just incase I can't see the symbols could someone tell me the katakana unicode for Ringo Nekoconeko ?

Hehe. Both hiragana and katakana are on page 25 - hiragana is near the top ('a' starts at 12354) and katakana about halfways down the page ('a' is at 12449).
But it doesn't appear - to me, at least, and I checked all four Furcadian fonts - that Furc supports kana writing. You may be out of luck if you're looking to use it in-game. But the number codes you're looking for (you'll need to surround them with the &# and ; ) are: 12522, 12531, 12468, 12493, 12467, 12467, 12493, 12467 |

The easiest way to find Hiragana/Katakana text and put it in Furcadia is to type it with your own keyboard and run it through a unicode text converter.
It would be really nice to see other character sets get native support instead of having to go through the hassle of Unicode, though. edit: fffffffffffffffffffffffffffff nevermind why did you bump a two year old thread |
