Perhaps some of these you are already planning on adding and perhaps some are not, I am just going to put what I think might make the game a little easier for the players.

First off I would like to comment on the avartars for beekin's, this might be a good idea for some but instead of making it a part where /all/ beekin's get this, make it more like a digo or something, on a basis where, you want it, you got it, but nothing is free.
Also while on the subject of beekin's, I think while having the beekin's are good but for some of us who would like to help the others who play but do not wish to go through the hassle of becoming an actual beekin is to hard, or perhaps we are refused. So istead have something along the lines of a volunteer group, so some of us older players ( Not refering to age, just simply those who know more about the game. ) may help the others in need.

Also small animataions, such as; waving, bowing, dancing, ect. might be added, something very simple so it is not much work but something to make the game a little more 'fun.'

A OOC line might also be nice, sort of how the fonts are set up, (Switching from the normal reddish color to the small green color,) so that those who wish to speak OOC wont bother and clutter the RPer's messages.

A line deadener might be nice too, so that instead of hearing what everyone says, like in a crowded room, you could hear what this person and that person are saying, perhaps a filter added so that if anyone says you name or anything you wish to hear about, you could hear it.

New avartars would also be nice, digos and such, werewolfs, vampires, humans (Though it takes away from the 'fur'cadian value of the game) and ect.

These have just been a few of my small rants, after hearing the Town Meeting and leaving with a few of my questions unanswered I would like to give another chance to get my veiws across.   Now just to watch out for those tomatos of people who dissagree.. blink.gif

Kamix is right, though.  Read the other suggestions and see for yourself.

Comment on what fails to impress you!  But a few reasons would be nice.

1) Beekins are not to be rewarded with items.  That corrupts their whole purpose and makes people join for goodies or a prize to be won instead of the desire to help.

2) The Beekins are a volunteer group.  You can feel free to help people on your own and you can even make a guild based on it, but if you can't get in the Beekins because the work is hard or you were rejected, you will not be in a DEP sanctioned volunteer help program.

3) Good idea, but not for this point in time.  As it is, animations mean everything needs to be drawn and that much more needs to be added to the server.  When Furcadia switches to 3D, the whole process becomes easier, so possibly then.

4)  sn.gif  sn.gif

5) It's the ignore command

6) Avatars have always been suggested and are recorded, to some extent.  Squirrels are next, and according to Talz, cows are the next most popular species after that.  I have my doubts and personally think it's bears.

I am not going to restate what has been said, seeing that Cassial has pretty much said what needs to be said.

What I do want to say is, as a furre that likes to help others, is if you do want to help, just, well, help others.

You will find that their are alot of people that do need help, you just need to find them. Any advice is good advice.

You can often find them, just wondering around, sometimes even yelling, or asking for help. If you dont want to take the trouble to look for them, often if they are no desk beekins around the desk, people gather there if they do need help.

Now, I am not saying to loiter(sp?) around there, just pop in say, now and then, if the desk is empty, and someone is waiting, ask them if they need help. If there is absolutly no one there, just move on, and come back at another time.

When the desk goes in the update, the new map that is supposed to be coming in, hang around there, and look for people that, look, well, lost or in need of help.

People are not going to shout at you, and tell you to get lost if your trying to help. Sure, they might ask politly, and I must say, respect their wishes. However, the majority will welcome any help that can be given, and in the long term, you will become known for the help you give, when you dont have to at all.

So, what I am saying, and to sum this up, is that you do not need to be a beekin to help someone. At the current moment, there is no law saying that any old furre cant help someone if they want. Just respect rules that are in place and others wishes, and have fun, helping others.   cat-accomplished.gif
