i was thinking, what if you coud have stuff being put on top or behind the avatar without needing to remake the avatar in very frame of the new item...

like say it just draw up a jacket and animate the arms and so on so that when put on top of the avatar it seems to be part of it...

this whoud kill of the time needed to make wings and stuff and allso turn the avatar into something similar to a paper doll, and the avatar may even change depending on what it carrys if one adds places to put stuff like swords and so on that right nopw exist as things on the ground...

this whoud take a big recode of the klient and the way the avatar is now put into the system but the future flexibility of the system cant be ignored...

and with a dedicated program to make the making of this stuff easyer maybe we will see more roleplaying when someone can dress as a knight while some other one dressas a noble or pessant...

what i was talking about with the dedicated program was something like what now pops up when you make stuff like chairs and so on, where you posision stuff in refrence to the ground tile, like having the avatar apear on top of a rock, just that you posision the graphics in refrence to the posision of the avatar and what it is doing right now...

I've been wishing for something like that forever, or custom avatars, but that stuff is a long way off.

For now I do 'character patches', where I put the avatar in a outfit.
