Amphibia, Frogs, Lizards, oh my!, An idea for the next species Options

I think the next species should be amphibia and/or lizards. It'd be neat to be a poisionous frog from the oceanian islands.

Interesting idea. Many have suggested reptilian species, and I have heard of amphibians a couple times. The problem is that all the species so far (dragons and phoenixes are only morphs) are Mammalian. I fully expect that the next species, if another is added, will also be a mammal. Whether that is good or bad, that is up for debate... however, good or bad, the next species will, in all likelihood, be mammal.

I fully support this suggestion! Furcadia is for the Furre community, right? There are other types of furres, not JUST mammals...I wave the flag for variety! We shouldn't limit people's fursonas and creativity. Let's give the reptiles/amphibians some love, it's a group of the furre community that Furcadia has really left out. I think people would love them.

So how about it Furc? Let's get some more variety...mammals are wonderful, but lets see some other furre species too. That's my two cents.

I don't care if it's six years old or not, I also agree with this idea. I have a dragon, but even then, it's only a digo morph, not a starting race....



We do need to stretch out the limits a bit. Sure, I am very appreciative that they've included the new avvies in the Fox Update, but there's still no reptilians.

There's nothing wrong with replying to old topics as long as the reply is relevant. In most cases, such as ads, replying is a waste of time, since the original poster is no longer reading the thread. However, in the case of a suggestion for DEP, the original poster's interest is irrelevant; the thread is intended to be read by DEP. These responses are relevant, because they tell DEP that people are still interested in having an amphibian or reptilian avatar.
