4: My opinion: No. Beekins are volunteers. There are people who apply to be "special" and/or "better". This would only cause more people to apply just to be "better".

The new Challenges map is going to have areas for all the different kinds of games. We are making it into a theme park type setting and we will have rotating dreams there that have interesting things to do in them. These will be player created dreams that we find and think are good. The different theme areas will be the types of dreams like simulation dreams, two player games, quests, multi-player games, etc....lot's of fun things to do in dreams and on the map. We will put the new cookie DS to work there as well.

BECAUSE. Scarhawks are a teleport graphic to AI. They dont fly over AI and throw you off, do they?

When you go there, and you are banned from a dream, It should list where you are banned from and why. So 'Banish commands should become 'banish <name> <reason>. Without a reason, it is not possible. ):

1) Who knows? Allegria Island almost needs to be given a makeover come a future update. Perhaps something will be figured out at that time.

4) Beekins already have desctag badges. These are a heck of a lot cheaper and easier to cram into a download than new species. Still, altering the default avatars for Beekins may become easier in future. When DEP makes it so that furre tails can be mixed and matched (which requires detaching tails and wings from the current avatars), it's possible they could also add in a special badge of some sort Beekins can wear on their walkabouts. However, right now, making Beekin walkabouts special would probably require more effort than it's worth.

6) The Vinca is just a transportation hub. It only needs to be expanded to fit in portals other main maps, such as Allegria Island.

7) It's still winter in the Northern Hemisphere. If there's still snow on the maps come summer, then it's because it's winter in the Southern Hemisphere.

8) I understand DEP intends to add a map sometime in which people can do just that.

9) Depends upon the animation. I've seen plans for DEP to make the walkabouts 3D sometime in the future for simple animations (the current style of avatars would still be supported, of course). Personally, I don't much go for Digo transformation scenes; they might be cute, but I think the current version allows a lot of leeway in using one's imagination. There are almost as many ways one could transform into and out of a Digo as there are players.

10) There's the Adult-Verified-Only Olde Town coming up. As for all-ages maps, Acropolis and Haven (for starters) are both under utilized so another such map may be meaningless. However, one never knows what DEP has up their collective sleeves.

11) More DragonSpeak is almost a given. For starters, new species and Adult Verification would require new DS lines.

12) Maybe lined up as a Group Packages type of thing.

15) Emerald Fire has already nixed that idea. However, she did leave open the possibility that it would be a seasonal sort of thing.

This would require patching the Vinca which is a Bad Thing. Patched maps are many times mroe likely to have downloading errors and the Vinca, as the hub of Furcadia, is not a place you want to have those sorts of problems.

The Welcome Dream and Naia are included in your download of Furcadia. This is so there's never a problem with players getting there. However, it also makes it so we can only make changes to those maps with a client update, which is a pain. And, yes, there are plenty of reasons not to patch Vinca without including it in an update. As for Gar, he doesn't just work closely with DEP, he is part of DEP and the one who makes most of the main maps these days and maintains them. ;)

I'm gonna one-up ya: Add players who can understand simple sentence structure.

The DS is worded to be as understandable as possible. If you don't get it the way it is then, "ya need ta go learn yaself somethin'."

Or... Use smaller patches! No one likes these masses of overly patched dreams that have nothing to do in them. Aesthetics should be used to enhance interactivity, not replace it. If you don't have interactivity in your dream then don't bother with a patch. It's not going to make things any better.

Or how about removing them? They don't really do much useful, other than cause clutter, similar to Challenges' Chim puzzle pieces.

I'd rather have more main maps, or redone main maps, rather than edits to the current maps.
(3) Add new beekin types
They're coming in the next update, and I don't really see how many more Beekin types can be made. The ones we have now are fine, apart from maybe, Scribes. Although I may not be the best person to say this, but I don't see much use for Scribes as a Beekin type. Sometimes, when I see people in the Help Centre, people ask for welcomers, masons, pixels, bugges.. but never for scribes. Most of their work is behind the scenes (the Furcadia sitemap link on the homepage is broken!) and doesn't really help people directly, unlike other Beekin types.

POINTLESS! Stuff like this will only encourage people wanting to be a Beekin for the avatar, and not to help people.

I believe I heard that it's due to be redone.

Although the layout is a bit boring, there's not really much that could be done with Vinca. It's fine as it is: a place for dream owners/staff to send people when they misbehave, and a place with portals to almost every main map (excluding Theriopolis, Goldwyn and FurN)

That's why there are pictures on the Digo Market, and I'm sure people with the digos will be happy to show you what they're like.

Useless. All it does is make more work for patchers. I like Furcadia because it's so extensible and so simple. Stuff like this would be annoying and not needed.

DS is probably one of the simplest scripting languages on the planet. It's amazing how much versatility can be made in such a basic language.

The only reason I would encourage this would be for more default items.
But, there's not really much of a reason. If you need more patch space, item2.fsh takes up to 690 items with no notable side effects. What we do need, however, is new default floors. The defaults are getting tired out. We have item.fsh, item2.fsh and item3.fsh. We have several types of walls. But, our floors have not been expanded at all. It's discrimination!

I don't see how it would work well. Just use yourself and friends to track scores, etc, and stop being lazy!

It's not a tile. It's a puzzle piece. There is a generator for them. People abuse it by filling Challenges with them!

Why? Just spend $5 (assuming you have SS). Furcadia needs to make money, also. Money doesn't grow on trees.

Not as much as you might think. In the US, money orders (Western Union) can be purchased for under one dollar at most major grocery stores (eg. Safeway, King Soopers, City Market, Fred Meyer). Outside of the US, you'll probably have to visit your nearest post office for an international money order (there may be other means as well). Also, if they take money orders, then DEP can probably also take checks, either cashier's or personal (processing of the latter will probably be delayed a week or so to make sure the check clears).

So you are saying I could send £20 in the post, to DEP, as long as it was the equivelent to whatever i was buying? DEP would do all the changing and whatnot?
