Taurian Races, Chakats, Wolftaurs, etc... why not make them an added race? Options

I tend to spend a lot of time around 'certain' places that allow Taurian characters to change their characters to Chakats, Wolftaurs, or whatever that case may be, depending on what they describe their race as...



For instance, one of my 'sons' is a dragontaur. (Weird-sounding, I know, but it's pretty cute to imagine! )



Why not make those races playable all over furcadia? It'd be a great implementation, as far as character customization goes... and to me, character customization is one of the game's greatest assets.

I don't really see enough of these to think they should make an avatar.
Maybe as a custom local species for your dream! :3

I see bunches and bunches of them around. I don't know where you go but, Theres plenty of them in FurN.

I think Felitaurs would be most likely to be added since, thanks to chakats, they're quite popular. Wolftaurs, a maybe. As for other 'taurs, unlikely, since, as Mredria says they're far less widespread, both on Furcadia and the furry fandom in general. A dragontaur may not be worth the payoff, unless a whole lot of Gap Dragons live in Furcadia.

Both leotaurs and Wolventaurs are both possible as they both exist in the continuity:

"Like their
lupine counterparts, the Wolventaurs, Leotaurs

Sync makes an excellent point. Perhaps a sort of four legged body that covers you torso down- a digo so that a bunch of species of them wouldn't be needed. also, the current wings would work still.

That's a good idea.... never even thought about the wings. And, if they do that, perhaps they could make the taur bodies more versatile by allowing different patterns, or allowing users to customize the looks to fit their character better, whether they be equine, draconic, canine, etc.
